Delivery Charges

  • Transport will quoted separately.  Alternatively the order can be collected from our premisis.

Payment Methods

  • EFT into our Linen & Co bank account

  • Cash - with prior arrangement.

  • We accept credit and debit card payments.  A link will be sent through in order to do an online payment.

Minimum Orders

  • Polycotton T144 - R2500.00 ex vat per colour

  • Tabling - R2500.00 ex vat per colour

Terms and Conditions

  • All prices quoted exclude VAT.

  • Full Payment on Acceptance.

  • By paying you accept our terms and conditions and that the quotation is correct.

  • On clearance of payment, you will received an invoice stipulating your dispatch date.  Dispatch date will be the date that the order leaves our premisis and not the date delivered.  You will received an email with the tracking details as soon as the order has left.

  • Should any order be deemed as urgent, this is to be convayed in writing to us with the date that this is needed by.  It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct dispatch date on your invoice.  We will try our utmost to accommodate a sooner dispatch date.

  • Delivery within 7 -14 working days from date that payments are cleared. Unless otherwise stipulated.  Lead times may change should unexpected events happen (e.g. load shedding)

  • Satin Stitch is a very labor-intensive process please allow for an extra week for single row and 2 weeks for double row.  We will not be held liable for any damage to satin stitch caused by the laundering process.

  • In the event of material or supplier rate fluctuations, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly.

  • E & OE

  • All quotations to be signed and emailed through once accepted.  All written quotations will be valid for 14 days. 

  • All goods to be checked on delivery.  Any claims need to be sent through in writing within 48 hours of delivery. No claims whatsoever will be entertained after 48hrs after the goods have been delivered.

  • All good signed "Not Checked" on invoice will be seen as checked.  Please make sure that your order is checked with our driver should we do our own deliveries. 

  • Please note that Dye lots may differ from shipment to shipment.  We cannot guarantee the same shade (THIS INCLUDES WHITE) will be supplied on  fabrics.

  • Please make sure of all measurements, qualities and quantities ordered as Linen and Co, will not accept any returns if goods are incorrectly ordered by the customer and correctly manufactured by the factory.

  • Should there be any issues with any products supplied, returns must be in the original packaging and original condition (unused/unwashed/unmarked).  We will not take back any linen that has been used or washed.

  • Linen and Co, will not be held liable in any way with linen that is laundered at a contracted laundry.  This incudes shrinkage, colouration etc​
